SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
US SHIPPING
Royal Underground LLC offers shipping within the US for a low flat rate of $5 per order. Items are usually shipped next business day and have a transit time of approximately 2 to 5 days to major metropolitan areas. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday or Tuesday.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Royal Underground LLC only ships within the United States.
US RETURNS
Items purchased from Royal Underground LLC are returnable for a refund to your credit card, less shipping charges, if received within 14 days of purchase. A prepaid shipping label to return your merchandise will be provided at no charge. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

US RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
All domestic orders ship with PREPAID return mailing labels. To ship an item back to Royal Underground LLC, simply pack your item and invoice into a USPS priority bag/box and affix the prepaid mailing label. Because the post office does not need to process a payment from you, you can do all of the above without waiting in line! To mail your package, you can drop it in a mail drop box, hand it to your mailman when he/she drops off your mail, or drop it off at the counter at your local post office.
